Exercise Log Day 1

Probably once a year, I would get motivated to start exercising for about a week, then get tired of it and stop. The good thing about having this blog is that I could record my progress here and motivate myself to keep exercising, longer than a week hopefully. Logging in here will make me feel like there is one person out there ready to ask if I’ve done my daily exercises, so I’d just do them before they ask…that sounds complicated, but it may help…I HOPE!

September 15th, 2019

When planning my routine, I wanted to make up earlier to get them done before everyone wakes up, that unfortunately did not work out, so on Sunday, I started my exercises at 12:39 on the dot.

I started off with a walking for about 15 minutes, then I ran for almost 2 minutes straight, I believe the stop watch clicked 1:50:18, I remembering it being along those lines. I walked for another 10 minutes then I was able to run for a full 30 seconds…WOO!… I need to do better ya’ll, I of course done my stretches beforehand, it’s just my breathing problems, I don’t have asthma, but I get out of breath very quickly, I would like to fix that.

Soon after, I took a 5 minute walk to my neighborhood park just for their to be 4 guys there, I dislike exercising in front of people, I didn’t even like running in front of my neighbors. So I decided I’d just rest until they leave. They left in under 20 minutes and I started my bench exercises.

Bench Dips: Goal: 3 sets 15 rep, Achieved? Yes

Bench Flutter Kicks: 3 sets 25 seconds? Achieved? No, 2 reps 20 seconds

Side bench lunge( I don’t know the official name, but I did it!): Goal: 4 sets 20 reps, Achieved? Yes

Burpee Complex: Goal: 3 sets 15 reps Achieved? No, 2 sets 10 reps

I think I did good for someone who hasn’t worked out, in a couple of months. My Goal is to achieve these sets then add more to the routine without a problem, I would also like to be able to run for 3 minutes straight without having a faux asthma attack.

I want to run everyday so that I can get use to it, but I already started my week off bad, so I am going to try to fit it into my schedule. Stay tuned to see how it goes!
