Lately, I have not been into reading books. I just never have the time or the peace and quiet to do so. However, there is one author that pulls me back into becoming a bookwork and that’s Paul Angone.
Paul Angone is an Author and Speaker who lives in Denver Colorado with his wife and 4 children. His writing is solely based on helping college students. As a college student myself coming across one of his books helped me out a lot. Down below are the books that I recommend
This was the first book of Paul Angone’s that I have purchased. I just turned 20 a few days before and I felt so lost and unaccomplished. Once I read this book, I felt relieved and comfortable within myself. This book opened my eyes and made me realize so many things. Listen to me when I say this, if you buy this book, you will not regret it AT ALL! This book basically is a guide for your twenties.
This book is a little different, not only is this book for people in their twenties, but it’s also for people in their thirties. As you age you will question yourself, but do you ever wonder id you’re asking yourself the right questions? Well here is the book for you!
This book is also a guide for when you are ‘All Grown Up’. If you feel lost or if you’re in a predicament and you feel that you are alone, this book is what you need. Like in the description, it states that this book contains “honesty, humor and hope”. That’s all I ever needed in a guidance book; someone who has gone through the same things I’ve gone through and speak on those experiences and how they dealt with it.
This book basically guides you on how to block out the lies and other things the other generation tries to tell you to take control of your life. I have yet to read this one, but I’m excited to start because I feel that I am aware of most of the lies I’ve been told by the older generation. That’s another thing I love about this author. If you needed confirmation on the decisions you’ve made, these books are perfect for you!
I purchased these books not even knowing what to expect. As of last year my mindset on life has changed completely (for the good). These books has guided me through my life and also guided me to help my friends and my family. You will not regret purchasing these books, it will help you out a lot. Even if you’re only 17, 18, or 19 they might help you out to. Possibly to prepare you for your twenty somethings.
